WHAT IS ST. FRANCIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL?
St. Francis Animal Hospital is a 501C3 tax exempt nonprofit corporation.  It is a one-of-a kind veterinary clinic in Jacksonville and a rare breed nationally.

WHAT IS OUR PURPOSE?
Our ultimate purpose is to make pet health care available to all owned pets regardless of the pet owner's ability to pay.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE?
We provide preventative health care services.  These include checkups (physical exams), basic diagnostic tests, vaccinations, and sterilization surgeries (spays and neuters), for dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens.  We will also offer heartworm prevention and flea control.  Later we hope to provide more advanced diagnostic medical and surgical treatments.

WHAT IS THE PEACE PRAYER OF ST. FRANCIS?

Lord make me an instrument of your peace

Where there is hatred,
Let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled
As to console;
To be understood, as to understand;
To be loved, as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.  Amen

WHAT IF I AM NOT INCOME QUALIFIED?
You can still participate and use our services at St. Francis!  No qualification is required to take advantage of our low prices for vaccines and surgeries!  We just ask that you be as generous as you can, as often as you can, by making a donation (tax deductible) in addition to paying your bill (not tax deductible).  You are not, however, obligated to do so.
